All orders ship from the Netherlands, in plain unbranded packaging. Tracked delivery is available at checkout.

Methods

• Standard (NL/EU) — 2–4 business days. Free over €100, otherwise €5.95.
• Tracked (NL/EU) — 1–2 business days. €8.95.

Customs, where applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer. We mark all packages as "research sample, no commercial value" with a low declared value for customs purposes.
