MGM-15
Dihydro-7-hydroxymitragynine · mitragynine-derived indole alkaloid
What is MGM-15?
MGM-15 (dihydro-7-hydroxymitragynine) is a semi-synthetic indole alkaloid derived from the kratom alkaloid mitragynine, supplied as a high-purity reference material for in-vitro and analytical work. First reported by Takayama and co-workers in 2014, it is the 1,2-dihydro derivative of 7-hydroxymitragynine and is studied as a µ-/δ-opioid receptor reference ligand.
